Christmas Pie for Family

Ingredients AFlour-450 gm, Butter-180 gm, Sugar-30 gm, Egg-1 pc, Life Water-90 ml

Ingredients BButter-Some, Apple Cubes-450 gm, Sugar-90 gm, Life Water-30 ml, Corn Flour-15 gm, Salt-2 gm, Cinnamon Powder-2 gm

Ingredients CFlour-Some, Egg Wash-2 pcs

Spared UtensilsPie Plate (8 Inch)-1 pc, Dough Scraper-1pc, Rolling Pin-1 pc, Brush-1 pc

Methods

 1. Put all purpose flour into the e-Maker and then add in butter, sugar, egg and Life Water of ingredients A , press “Knead” button for kneading.

2. 4 minutes later, take out dough, knead and flatten. Divide the dough into 2 servings, 1 serving is 1/3, another is 2/3. Put both dough into individual plate, wrap with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3. From ingredient B melt butter in the pan, add in apple cubes and stir fry, after few minutes, add in sugar and continue stir fry till juicy and soft.

4. Mix well the Life Water and corn flour, pour into pan to thicken.

5. Add in salt and cinnamon powder, stir well and set aside.

6. Sprinkle flour on 1/3 portion dough, flatten with rolling pin, then put the dough into the pie plate.

7. Use rolling pin to remove the extra dough on the pie plate, then add in the apple paste.

8. Sprinkle flour on 2/3 portion dough, flatten with rolling pin, cut into thin strips.

9. Weave the thin strips on the pie, remove the extra thin strip and brush with egg wash.

10. Preheat oven at 180˚C, grilled for 25 minutes. Ready to serve.

材料A: 面粉-450 gm、牛油-180 gm、白糖-30 gm、鸡蛋-1粒、生命水-90 ml

材料B: 牛油-少许、苹果粒-450 gm、白糖-90 gm、生命水-30 ml、玉米粉-15 gm、盐-2 gm、肉桂粉-2 gm

材料C: 面粉-少许、蛋黄液-2 粒

备用工具: 派盘 (8寸)-1 个、面团刮刀-1个、擀面杖-1 个、刷子-1支

做法:

1. 将面粉倒入养生制造机,然后再加入牛油, 白糖, 鸡蛋和生命水, 按“Knead”键。

2. 4 分钟后, 取出面团,搓后按扁。将面团分成两份,一份1/3,一份2/3。将面团分开放在碟上,然后用保鲜膜包好放进冰箱冷藏30分钟。

3. 材料B,在热锅中溶解牛油,加入苹果粒翻炒,几分钟后加入白糖继续翻炒直到软和出水。

4. 将生命水和玉米粉混合好,加入锅中勾芡。

5.加入盐和肉桂粉,搅拌均匀备用。

6. 将1/3派皮撒上一些面粉, 用擀面杖擀开,然后将派皮摆入派盘中。

7. 用擀面杖压去多余的派皮, 然后加入苹果馅。

8. 将1/3派皮撒上一些面粉, 用擀面杖擀开,切成均匀的细条。

9. 将细条交叉编好在派上,去除多余的面条,最后刷上蛋黄液。

10. 预热烤箱180˚C, 烤25分钟即可享用。
