Strawberry Jelly Cheese Cake

Ingredients AMarie Biscuits-150 gm, Butter (Melted)-80 gm

Ingredients BStrawberry-8 pcs

Ingredients CWhipping Cream-200 ml, Cream Cheese-250 gm, Gelatin Powder-8 gm, Caster Sugar-30 gm, Strawberry-85 gm

Ingredients DAgar-agar-10 gm, Caster Sugar-40 gm, Hot Water-400 ml

Ingredients EStrawberry-8 pcs

Methods

1. Put all ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend until mix well. Put into the muffin pan and freeze for half an hour.

2. Put all the ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend until fine.

3. Add the ingredients C into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend until fine.

4. Preheat the oven at 150℃.

5. Take out the muffin pan from the freezer, pour the step 3 mixture onto the dough and bake for 30 minutes.

6. After baking and cooling down, refrigerate the mini cheesecake for 8 hours.

7. Decorate the mini cheesecake with the whipping cream and mini Oreo biscuit. Ready to serve.

草莓果冻乳酪蛋糕

材料A:玛丽饼干-150 gm牛油 (融化)-80 gm

材料B:草莓-8 顆

材料C:奶油-200 ml奶油乳酪-250 gm明胶粉-8 gm细糖-30 gm草莓-85 gm

材料D:燕菜粉-10 gm细糖-40 gm热水-400 ml

材料E:草莓-8 顆

备用工具:8'活底蛋糕模具-1 个

做法:

1. 将材料A的玛丽饼干放入养生调理机,设定1号搅碎,再加入融化的奶油搅拌均匀,过后倒入蛋糕模具内压均匀。

2. 将材料B的草莓切半,然后绕着蛋糕模具摆放备用。

3. 将材料C倒入养生调理机,设定3号搅拌2分钟。完成后,将材料倒入已放好草莓的蛋糕模具内,放入冰箱冷藏1小时。

4. 将材料D倒入养生调理机,设定4号搅拌3分钟。搅拌后,放置一旁冷却备用。

5. 将已冷却的蛋糕从冰箱取出,将材料E切半,摆放在中间做成花的造型。

6. 将步骤4的燕菜倒入蛋糕内,放入冰箱冷藏1小时后即可享用。
