Mango Panna Cotta
Ingredients A:Mango-400 gm, Agar-agar powder-6 gm, Sugar-55gm, Hot water-650 ml
Ingredients B:Coconut milk-200 ml, Agar-agar powder-6 gm, Sugar-55 gm, Salt-2 gm, Hot water-650 ml
Ingredients C:Mango cube - 300 gm
Methods:
1. Put the agar-agar powder, sugar and hot water into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add in mango and blend till fine.
2. Pour the mixture into cups and refrigerate to solidify.
3. Put all the ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes.
4. Add the ingredients B into the chilled cups, refrigerate to solidify.
5. Add in ingredient C into the cups. Ready to serve.
芒果椰奶冻杯
材料A:芒果-400 gm、燕菜粉-6 gm、糖-55gm、热水-650 ml
材料B:椰浆-200 ml、燕菜粉-6 gm、糖-55 gm、盐-2 gm、热水-650 ml
材料C:芒果丁-300 gm
做法:
1. 将材料A的燕菜粉,糖和热水放入养生调理机,设定6号搅拌5分钟,再将芒果放入养生调理机内, 搅拌至细滑即可。
2. 搅拌后,倒入杯中,放入冰箱待凝固。
3. 将材料B放入养生调理机,设定6号搅拌5分钟。
4. 将搅拌好的材料B倒入已凝固的材料A杯子内,再放入冰箱待凝固。
5. 凝固后,将材料C放上杯内即可享用。
