Fish Vegetables Custard

IngredientsGrass Carp-40 gm, Ginger-15 gm, Carrot-50 gm, Broccoli-20 gm, Egg 1-pc, Life Water-90 ml, Salt-Some

Tools : Aluminum Foil-1 pc

Methods

1. Cut the grass carp into cube.

2. Put all ingredients into the e-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend for 1 minute.

3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then cover the bowl with the aluminum foil.

4. Preheat the steamer, steam for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.

 


皖鱼时蔬蛋羹

材料:小米-20 gm、西兰花-50 gm、香蕉-100 gm、冰糖-10 gm、热水-300 ml

备用工具 : 锡纸-1 张

做法:

1. 将皖鱼切块备用。

2. 将所有的材料放入养生调理机,设定2号搅拌1分钟。

3. 将搅拌好的材料倒入碗内,用锡纸盖上碗口。

4. 预热蒸炉, 蒸15分钟即可享用。
