Tom Yam

IngredientsPrawns 4 pieces, Onions 2 pieces, Shallots 8 pieces, Red bird eye chillies 12 pieces, Kaffir lime leaves 10 pieces, Dried tamarind 3 slices, Ginger flower 1 piece, Lemongrass 3 pieces, Water 750ml, Rock sugar 3 tablespoons, Oil some, Lime 1 piece , Salt some.

Methods
1. Cut onions and shallots into cubes. Blend together with red bird eye chillies, kaffir lime leaves, dried tamarind, ginger flower, lemongrass and rock sugar till smooth at speed 6. Set aside for use. (Use stirring rod to help blending when needed).

2. Heat up oil in a pan then add the mixture. Cook till fragrance.

3. Add water and bring to boil. Add prawns and salt to taste. Cook for 3 minutes and then squeeze the lime juice before serving.

酸辣辣的东炎汤是邻国,泰国最著名的菜肴。 自家的新鲜材料用养生调理机来调配, 绝对让一家人吃得更开心,安心, 及欢心。

材料:虾 4只、大葱 2粒、小葱 8粒、小红辣椒 12条、麻风柑叶 10片、Asam片 3片、姜花 1支、香茅 3支、水 750ml、冰糖 3汤匙、油 适量、酸柑 1粒、盐 适量

做法:
1. 先将大葱和小葱切块。后将大葱,小葱,小红辣椒,麻风柑叶,Asam片,姜花,香茅和冰糖放入养生调理机内,设定6号,搅拌至幼滑,然后取出备用。(可用搅拌棒协助搅拌)

2. 将适量的油倒入锅内,油热后,将馅料放进锅内炒香。

3. 加水煮滚,然后放入虾和盐调味。煮3分钟后再淋上酸柑汁即可食用。
