Chicken Curry

IngredientsLemongrass 5 pieces, Onions 2 pieces, Shallots 6 pieces, Galangal 3 grams, Turmeric 5 grams, Chicken drumstick 1 piece, Shrimp sauce 5 grams, Coconut milk 2 tablespoons, Curry leaves 15-20 pieces, Dried chili paste 5 grams, Rock sugar 1 tablespoon, Salt some, Hot water some.

Methods
1. Cut onions and shallots into cubes. Then add lemongrass, onions, shallots, galangal, turmeric, shrimp sauce, and dried chilli sauce into the e-Processor. Blend till smooth at speed 1. Set aside for use.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add curry leaves till aromatic, then add the mixture and cook till fragrance.

3. Add chicken drumstick, hot water, rock sugar and salt . Cook till chicken drumstick is done.

4. Add in coconut milk before serving.

咖喱鸡

香喷喷的咖喱鸡让我们的味蕾常受不了诱惑而多添一碗饭。 今天有了养生调理机,让我们在家也能烹饪出自家味及材料新鲜的咖喱鸡!

材料:香茅 5支、大葱 2粒、小葱 6粒、南姜 3克、黄姜 5克、鸡腿 1块、虾酱 5克、椰浆 2汤匙、咖喱叶 15-20片、辣椒干酱 5克、冰糖 1汤匙、盐 适量、热水 适量。

做法:
1. 先将大葱和小葱切块。后将香茅,大葱,小葱,南姜,黄姜,虾酱和辣椒干酱放入养生调理机内,设定1号转速,搅拌均匀后,取出备用。 

2. 锅内加油,热锅后,将咖喱叶爆香,再放入馅料炒香。

3. 再加入鸡腿,热水,冰糖和盐,煮至鸡腿熟透。

4. 最后放入椰浆搅拌均匀即可上碟享用。
