Fresh Luncheon Meat

Ingredients AChicken Breast-300gm, Egg-1pc, Chicken Seasoning Powder-10gm, Red Powder-1 pinch, Five Spiced Powder-1 pinch

Ingredients B:Egg-1pc

Methods

1. Put all ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend till homogenous.

2. Pour the mixture into a small metal bowl that has been rubbed with a layer of oil.

3. Heat up the steamer and steam for 30 minutes.

4. After steaming, cut the luncheon meat into pieces.

5. Beat the egg from ingredient B. After that pour oil into the pan.

6. Rub the luncheon meat with beaten egg, fry till fragrant. Ready to serve.

*Please use Dry Grinder Jug.

 


新鲜午餐肉

材料 A:鸡胸肉-300gm、鸡蛋-1颗、鸡精粉-10gm、红粉-1小撮、五香粉-1小撮

材料 B:鸡蛋-1颗 

做法:

1. 将所有的材料A放入养生调理机, 设定3号搅拌至均匀。

2. 将搅拌好的材料放入已涂了一层油的小铁碗内。

3. 热锅后, 将小铁碗放入蒸30分钟。

4. 蒸熟后, 将午餐肉切片。

5.将材料B的蛋搅拌均匀,然后将油倒入锅内。

6. 将午餐肉沾上蛋液,然后使用中火煎至金黄色即可享用。
