Calamari Curry

Ingredients AShallots-100gm, Dried Chilies-8gm, Lemongrass-20gm, Ginger-15gm, Cooking Oil-15ml, Life Water-100ml, Salt-6gm, Sugar-15gm, Curry Leaves-60pcs

Ingredients B:Squid-250gm, Lady’s Finger-65gm

Methods

1. Put all the ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend till smooth.

2. Heat up the pan, pour the mixture into the pan and cook till fragrant.

3. After that, add in the squid of ingredients B and cook till squid is done.

4. Stir in lady’s finger of ingredients B, then is ready to serve.

咖喱鱿鱼

材料 A:小蔥-100gm、辣椒干-8gm、香茅-20gm、姜-15gm、食油-15ml、生命水-100ml、盐-6gm、糖-15gm、咖喱叶-60片

材料 B:鱿鱼-250gm、羊角豆-65gm 

做法:

1. 将所有的材料A放入养生调理机,设定3号搅拌至细滑。

2. 热锅后,将搅拌好的材料A倒入锅中炒香。

3. 炒香后,再加入材料B的鱿鱼一起炒拌。

4. 所有的材料煮至熟透后加入材料B的羊角豆,稍微搅一搅即可上碟享用。
