Oldie Pancake

Ingredients AFlour – 250gm, Egg – 1pc, Life Water – 500ml, Salt – 5gm, Sugar – 10gm

Ingredient B:Carrots – 50gm, Cabbage - 30gm, Shallots – 50gm

Ingredient C:Cooking Oil – Some

Methods

1. Put the ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 2 minutes.

2. Put the ingredients B into the –Processor, press “Pulse” for2-3 times.

3. Pour both the mixture into a bowl and mix well.

4. Heat up the pan using medium heat, add in ingredient C, and pour a big spoon of the
mixture into the pan, cook with medium heat until fragrance. Ready to serve.

古早味煎饼

材料 A: 面粉 – 250gm, 鸡蛋 – 1粒, 生命水 – 500ml, 盐 – 5gm, 糖 – 10gm

材料 B:红萝卜 – 50gm, 包菜 - 30gm, 小葱头 – 50gm

材料 C:食油 – 少许

做法:

1. 将材料A放入养生调理机, 设定3号搅拌至2分钟。

2. 将材料B放入养生调理机, 按“Pulse”键2-3次即可。

3. 搅拌好后, 将材料A& B倒入碗中, 搅拌均匀。

4. 预热锅, 然后加入材料C, 倒入一大汤匙搅拌均匀的材料,用中火慢慢煎至熟透即可享用。
