Hotdog Bun

Ingredients A: Milk-100ml, Yeast-4gm

Ingredients B: Butter-20gm(Soften), Egg Wash-2pcs, Caster Sugar-40gm, Salt-2gm

Ingredients C: High Gluten Flour-250gm

Ingredients D: Sausage-6pcs, Egg Wash-1pc, Sesame-Some

Methods

1. Mix well ingredients A, set aside for 10 min for fermentation. 

2. Mix well ingredients B and set aside.

3. Put ingredients C, B and A into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button.

4. After 4 minutes, take out the dough and make it into round shape, cover with food wrap for 45 minutes for fermentation.

5. After fermentation, divide the dough evenly into 6 pieces, then roll out into long shape.

6. Wrap each sausage with each dough, set aside for 15 minutes fermentation. After that, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame.

7. Preheat the oven, bake at 170˚C for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

香肠面包

材料 A: 牛奶-100ml、酵母-4gm

材料B: 牛油-20gm(软化)、蛋黄-2粒、幼糖-40gm、盐-2gm

材料C: 高筋面粉-250gm

材料D: 香肠-6条、蛋黄液-1粒、芝麻-少许

做法:

1. 将材料A搅拌均匀, 然后等待10分钟的发酵。

2. 将材料B搅拌均匀备用。

3. 将材料C, B和A放入养生制造机, 按“Knead”键。

4. 4分钟后,取出面团然后搓成圆团,使用保鲜纸盖着等待45分钟的发酵。

5. 发酵后,将面团平均分成6份,然后每份搓成条型。

6. 将面条裹着材料D的香肠,再让面条发酵15分钟,然后就可涂上蛋黄液及撒上芝麻。

7. 预热烘炉, 以170˚C 烘培20分钟即可享用。
