Almond London Cookies

Ingredients A: Butter (Melted) – 100gm, Caster Sugar – 65gm, Egg Yolk – 1pc

Ingredients B: Flour – 200gm, Corn Flour – 25gm

other ingredients: Almond (Roasted) – 50pcs, Dark Compound – 250gm

Methods

1. Mix well butter and Caster Sugar in medium heat.

2. Put ingredients B into the e-Maker, press the button “Knead” and then slowly pour in
mixture & Egg Yolk.

3. After 4 minutes, press again the button “Knead”.

4. After mixing, pour the mixture in a bowl.

5. Take some dough & wrap it with an almond, make into olive shape.

6. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, bake for 15 minutes at 150˚C.

7. Cut Dark Compound Chocolate into small pieces

8. Use water heating to melt the ingredient D and mix well.

9. Coat the cookie with melted chocolate, place cookie into small paper cup.

10. Sprinkle with colour balls.Ready to serve.

 


可口杏仁饼

材料 A: 牛油 (溶解) – 100gm, 糖粉 – 65gm, 蛋黄 – 1粒, 香草精 – 1汤匙

材料B: 面粉 – 200gm, 玉米粉 – 25gm

其他材料: 杏仁 (炒香) – 50粒, 无糖巧克力块 – 250gm

做法:

1. 将牛油和糖粉加热并搅拌均匀。

2. 将材料B放入养生制造机, 按“Knead”键, 然后慢慢倒入已搅拌好的材料和蛋黄。

3. 4分钟后, 再按“Knead”键以便将材料搅拌得更均匀。

4. 完成后, 即可取出面团放在碗中。

5. 将一小撮的面团裹着一颗杏仁, 搓成橄榄形状。

6. 预热烘炉10分钟, 然后 以150˚C 烘培15分钟。

7. 把无糖巧克力块切成小块状

8. 隔水加热将材料D煮溶解及搅拌均匀。

9. 将饼干沾上巧克力浆后 ,放入小纸杯。

10. 洒上彩色粉粒既可享用。
