Tasty Egg Tart

Ingredients A: High-gluten Flour 200gm, Butter 110gm, Icing Sugar 20gm, Salt Some

Ingredients B: Life Water 2 tablespoons

Ingredients C: Egg 8pcs, Milk 200ml, Sugar 80gm


1. Put ingredients A into the e-Maker, press”Knead”button, slowly pour the ingredients B into the e-Maker.

2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.

3. Put ingredients C into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 5 minutes.

4. Filter the foam after blending, set aside for use.

5. Divide the refrigerated ingredient A into 25gm each, place into the oiled mould to make the egg tart skin.

6. Pour slowly the ingredients C onto egg tart skin.

7. Preheat the oven, bake at 180˚C for 20 minutes.

材料 A: 高筋面粉 200gm、牛油 110gm、糖粉 20gm、盐 少许

材料 B: 生命水 2汤匙

材料 C: 鸡蛋 8粒、牛奶 200ml、糖 80gm


1. 将材料A放入养生制造机,按“Knead”键,然后将材料B慢慢地倒入养生制造机。

2. 完成后,取出放在碗中,放入冰箱15分钟。

3. 将材料C放入养生调理机,设定1号打至5分钟。
