Brownies

IngredientsButter(Melted)-120 ml, Egg-2 pcs, Sugar-50 gm, Chocolate Chips-120 gm, Flour-70 gm, Coco Powder-25 gm

ToolsAluminum Paper-1 pc, Brownie Mould-1 pc

Methods

1. Put butter, egg, sugar and chocolate chips into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Put together flour and coco powder into the e-Processor, set at speed 1and blend for another 1 minute.

3. Wrapping the brownie mould by the aluminum paper.

4. Pour the mixture into the brownie mould.

5. Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 180˚C. Bake for 25 minutes.

布朗尼

材料:牛油(溶解)-120 ml、鸡蛋-2 粒、糖-50 gm、巧克力粒-120 gm、面粉-70 gm、可可粉-25 gm

做法:

1. 将牛油,鸡蛋,糖及巧克力粒倒入养生调理机, 设定1号打至1分钟。

2. 再将面粉及可可粉一起倒入养身调理机, 设定1号再打至1分钟。

3. 用锡纸把布朗尼模具包好。

4. 将搅拌好的材料倒入模具内。

5. 预热烤炉5分钟, 以180˚C 烘培25分钟。
