Malay Coconut Sugar Cake

Ingredients ABrown sugar-30gm, Egg-2pcs

Ingredients BCorn oil-50gm, Melted Coconut Palm Sugar-50gm, Corn flour-15gm, Self-raising flour-140gm

Ingredient C : Cooking oil Some

Methods

1. Put the ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogenous.

2. Put the ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend for 1 minute.

3. Brush a layer of cooking oil (ingredient C) on the mould, then pour the mixture into it.

4. Steam for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.

 


椰糖马来糕

材料A:黄糖-30gm、鸡蛋-2粒

材料B:玉米油-50gm、融化椰糖-50gm、玉米粉-15gm、自发面粉-140gm

材料C:食油 少许

做法:

1. 将材料A倒入养生调理机内,设定1号搅拌至均匀。

2. 再将材料B倒入养生调理机内,设定2号搅拌1分钟。

3. 在模具上涂上食油(材料C),再把搅拌好的材料倒入。

4. 放入蒸炉用大火蒸5分钟既可享用。
