Nyonya Seri Muka

Ingredients AGlutinous Rice-300gm, Coconut milk-150ml, Life water-150ml

Ingredients BPandan leaves-4pcs, Egg-3pcs, Rock sugar-4 tablespoons, Coconut milk-200ml, Life water-200ml, Corn flour-100gm, Flour-50gm

Methods

1. First mix well ingredient A, then steam for 30 minute, set aside for use. 

2. Put the pandan leaves, egg, rock sugar, coconut milk and life water into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 2 minutes.

3. Add in the corn flour and flour, set at speed 2 and blend for another 3 minutes.

4. Pour the mixture on top of the steamed glutinous rice, steam for another 25 minutes. Ready to serve.

Tips:Not recommended to blend till cook for ingredient B.

 


娘惹双色糯米糕

材料A:糯米-300gm、椰浆-150ml、生命水-150ml

材料B:班兰叶-4片、鸡蛋-3粒、冰糖-4汤匙、椰浆-200ml、生命水-200ml、玉米粉-100gm、面粉-50gm

做法:

1. 先将材料A搅拌均匀,然后蒸30分钟,置旁备用。

2. 将班兰叶、蛋、冰糖、椰浆和生命水放入养生机,设定6号打至2分钟。

3. 再将玉米粉及面粉也放入养生机,设定2号打至3分钟。

4. 完成后,一起倒入糯米上用大火蒸至25分钟即可享用。

温馨提示:材料B不建议打至沸腾。
