Vegetarian Jelly Mooncake

Ingredients ADragon Fruit 1/2pc (Small size), Agar Agar 5gm, Hot Water 200ml

Ingredients BMilo Powder 20 tablespoons, Agar Agar 30gm, Hot Water 800ml

Methods

1. Put the ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes..

2. After blending, pour into a round mould and put in the fridge to be solidified.

3. Add the ingredients B into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes.

4. Pour half of the ingredients B into the mooncake mould, then put in the ingredients A. After that, pour the balance of ingredients B into the mooncake mould, put in the fridge to be solidified. Ready to serve.

Tips: Ingredients are for making 8pcs of jelly mooncake.

材料A:火龙果 1/2 粒 (小颗)、燕菜丝 5gm、热水 200ml

材料B:美碌粉 20汤匙、燕菜丝 30gm、热水 800ml

做法:

1. 将材料A倒入养生机内,设定6号搅拌五分钟。

2. 完成后,倒入圆模型里,放入冰箱待凝固。 

3. 再将材料B倒入养生机内,设定6号搅拌五分钟。

4. 将搅拌好的材料B倒一半进月饼模型里,再将已凝固了的材料A放入月饼模型里 最后剩余的材料B再次倒入月饼模型,放入冰箱待凝固即可享用。

温馨提醒: 以上材料可供制作8粒燕菜月饼。
