Sweet Corn Bowl Aberdeen Cake

Ingredients ASweet corn 150gm, Instant Jelly Powder 10gm, Hot water 250ml

Methods

1. Dice and boil the corns.

2. Put the corn kernels and hot water into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 3 minutes.

3. Add the instant jelly powder, set at Speed 1 and blend for 1 minute.

 


黄金碗仔糕

材料A:玉蜀黍-150gm、果冻粉-10gm、热水-250ml

做法:

1. 将玉蜀黍切粒,煮滚。

2. 将煮熟的玉蜀黍和热水倒入养生机,设定3号打至3分钟。

3. 再加入果冻粉,设定1号打至1分钟。

4. 完成后,放进雪柜冷藏30分钟后即可享用。
