Orange Lemon Jam

IngredientsOrange 1pc, Lemon 1/4 pc, Rock Sugar 150gm

Methods

1. Peel off the skin of orange and lemon, keep the skin aside for use. Set aside orange and lemon pulps too. 

2. Put 1/2 pc of orange skin and 1/4 pc of lemon skin into a pot and cook for 3 minutes.

3. After that, put the orange and lemon pulps and skins and rock sugar into the e-Processor , set at speed 2 and blend for 3 minutes. Ready to serve.

柠橙三点钟

材料:橙 1粒 、柠檬 1/4 粒、冰糖 150gm

做法:

1. 将橙和柠檬的果肉与皮分开, 果皮和果肉各留备用。

2. 将1/2粒的橙皮和1/4粒的柠檬皮放进锅里煮3分钟。

3. 最后将橙和柠檬的果肉,煮好的橙皮和柠檬皮及冰糖放进养生调理机,设定2号搅拌至3分钟,即可食用。
